The green reflections on the straw-yellow base reveal the strength of the freshness and tenacity of this wine. The olfactory range follows a continuous alternation of fruity and floral scents. The fruitiness of the drupes and the exotic is interspersed with the delicate floral, up to the fresh herbaceous. The great sensorial complexity develops in a delicate taste-olfactory balance. A very versatile wine, which can be combined with seafood cuisine, even elaborate ones, as well as with traditional Lucanian first and second courses based on vegetables. Also worth experimenting with fresh or just matured cheeses.
